The Diamond Model

● Reception to Year 6 (Co-educational classrooms) – linked to NLCS London and international curricula

● From Reception to Year 4 each has a class teacher and some subject specialist teachers

● For Years 5 and 6 all lessons are taught by subject specialists

● Year 7 to Year 9 (predominantly single sex teaching groups by subject ) – linked NLCS London curricula

● Year 10 to Year 11 (predominantly single sex teaching groups by subject with option choices as well as core subjects ) – IGCSE

● Year 12 to Year 13 (Co-educational teaching groups by subject specialists ) – IBDP

ADMISSIONS PROCESS to NLCS Jeju

We always recommend you contact us before you register to ensure we have places available and to answer any questions you may have. If you are ready then please do go ahead and register, the process is outlined below:

Register your child

Applications open in August

We request that you register at least three weeks prior to the Assessment Day

NLCS Jeju reserves the right to close applications for particular year groups earlier than planned, and without notice, if demand is high. We therefore always recommend an early application.

 

+ Stage two: Assessment(s) and Interview

-Computer based test CAT4 (90 mins)

-Computer based Maths Test

Year 6 - Year 10 PTM test (approx 60mins)

-Computer based EAL assessment

Year 6 (Younger) (65 mins)

Year 7,8,9 (Standard Level) (90mins)

+ Assessment Round One

• CAT4(인지능력평가)

• PTM Test(온라인 수학시험)

• EAL Assessment(온라인 영어시험)
